DescriptionThis is a glass sculpture in the shape of a sphere. Furnace-gathered, solid-worked glass with glass cane and flame-worked inclusions, the bottom ground flat to allow the sculpture to stand up. The inner core is blue with suggestions of landmasses, while colorful inclusions of red and white twisted canes appear to float in the atmosphere created by the outer casing of colorless glass.
