InscribedImpressed flame mark on bottom: "1074/V" V for Vellum finish introduced in 1904. The flame mark is unusual in that it has 15 points and the usual mark stops at 14 points.

DescriptionRound flat inkstand with a round ink container in the center that has a liner for ink and cover surmounted by an acorn and two acorn top. The inkwell has oakleaves in relief with the stems curling across the flat base plate. The whole covered in a green that shades from a yellow-green to a medium green.
