DescriptionGoblet in "Opera" pattern, commonly called Actress. Pressed colorless glass with acid-frosted stem & foot. Full-face bust on one side marked "YOUR LITTLE FRIEND LOTTA" and 3/4 view bust on other marked "KATE CLAXTON". Spoon-like shell decorations along mold seams. Lotta Crabtree (1847-1924) & Kate Claxton (1848-1924) were both in the same theatrical company.
