DescriptionTinted lithograph. Scene shows Hampton Roads crowded with sailing vessels, a side-wheeler tied up to the pier and a ship under full sail entering the picture at the right. An American flag flies from front of the battery at the left and a pennant with "HYGEIA" from hotel flag pole. The Rip-Raps are seen at the left.
