Slightly upturned sides have a band scale or feather pattern gilding interspersed with three rows of red and white raised enamel dots. Framed on either side with bands of blue dots and a band of triple white dots. Center of plate is decorated in a geometric-like floral design of red, white and blue enameled dots.
