Winston Link American (1914-2001) CONDUCTOR AUBREY BRADSHAW AND HIS TRAIN Norfolk, Virginia, 1955 L2004.11.68 "Captain" Aubrey Bradshaw, a conductor on the Norfolk to Roanoke trains, had been with the Norfolk and Western Railway for 43 years at the time this photograph was made. The conductor is in charge of the train, and Bradshaw reflects this proud responsibility as he stands before his immaculate cars in the Norfolk passenger terminal.
