DescriptionThe David L. Hack Civil War Photography Collection. A black and white photograph of two men sitting in their uniforms outside the tent of a soldier camp. The two men are seated on chairs and are angled in toward each other. Both men have full beards. The man on the right is wearing a hat and smoking a pipe. The tent has a wooden platform inside to stay raised off the mud ground. There is also visible a desk and a tapestry. The shape of the tent's opening creates a triangular shape encompassing the figures of the two men. The top left corner there is a tree branch extending into the scene. This is from _Gardner's Photographic Sketchbook of the War_ (Hack Collection No. 2].There are no works to discover for this record.
