DescriptionThis is a 'Fruit and Wreath' pattern bowl. Transfer-printed around the exterior with three clusters of fruit and flowers including one from the 'Marrow and Flower Sprays' pattern, alternating with two or three small floral or foliate sprigs, the interior with a central lobed fruit and floral cluster within a 'spearhead'-edged roundel issuing five floral sprays beneath a running C-scroll and floral border around the rim. Hatched crescent mark in underglaze-blue.
