DescriptionThis is a Worcester "Three Flowers" pattern mustard pot (A) and a "Fence" pattern cover (B). The cylindrical body has a crisply molded scroll handle. It is transfer printed on one side with a cluster of a convolvulus, a rose, and other flowers. The reverse has a butterfly hovering near floral sprigs. The flat shoulder is encircled by two underglaze blue concentric lines repeated around the notched rim of the cover beneath a stylized rock and oriental plants around the floral sprig knop. There is a hatched crescent mark in underglaze blue. The "Fence" pattern cover is married and the knop has tiny chips.
