DescriptionThis is a Worcester blue and white "Pine Cone" pattern cress dish (A) and stand (B). Each piece is transfer printed in underglaze blue with a cluster of pine cones, fruit, and flowers within a border of diaper panels, flowerheads, floral scrolls, and tassels on the scalloped and barbed rim. The dish has astral piercing in the center. Three are filled crescent marks printed in underglaze blue. The dish has a small rim chip.
