DescriptionThe goblet features engraved images of several human faces. The engraving is dichromatic featuring dark blue and black against a clear glass background. The engraved figures continue around the circumference of the bowl down the stem and taper to abstract patterning at the foot.
ProvenancePurchased from the Marx-Saunders Gallery, Ltd, in Chicago, IL on June 6, 2002 by Alan and Barbara Boroff. In their private collection until 2016 when gifted to the Chrysler Museum of Art.
