DescriptionThe second vessel, with a rounded form and a flared rim, is composed of green and orange glass with dark silhouettes of figures and various architectural and natural motifs. Three of the dark humanoid figures have wings, and they are standing side by side on a box with a keyhole. There is a key floating in midair to the right of the figures. On the reverse is a human silhouette that is floating above a flight of stairs, which is across from another flight of stairs. Behind this scene is a shadowy silhouette of a mountain range, with birds flying above.ProvenanceGifted to the Chrysler Museum of Art by Daniel Greenberg and Susan Steinhauser in December 2016
