DescriptionWheel thrown body has unglazed bottom, concentric circle mark of releasing wire, incised band around central area. Top of wellhead has platform with extending sides similar to overlapping planks, jar on one corner, central opening at top. 1" x 1/4" slabs rise to join at each side at top. Glaze is much deteriorated; piece probably green glazed but lower area seem more blue. Much iridescence, glaze irregularity.
