DescriptionPear-shaped caster with ajoure top and stepped body. Gadrooning around lower part of body the whole on a flaring foot. Caster is rare because of the use of the Britannia Standard mark at this time and the leopard's head erased. These marks were rarely used after 1720 and then only on pieces of quality and heavier silver content.
