DescriptionThis round plate has undulating gadrooned edges spaced with fanlike decorations that are cast and applied. The plate is engraved on the rim with a coat of arms containing the motto Nec Sinit Esse Feros (Nor Does He Allow to Be Savage). The arms are unidentified.
