DescriptionThis teapot has a slender neck, a tall applied sprout, and a hollow handle decorated with beading and a female head. The handle terminates in a palm leaf where it joins the body and has two ivory insulators. Its cover has an applied finial in the form of a Greek or Roman military helmet. The pot is raised on a stepped foot ring, and the initial C is engraved on the side.
