DescriptionThis is an important, tall, light transparent blue footed vase. The vase has blue glass applied decorations and mock handles. The body of the vase is concave on both sides with a long blue line of glass applied to both sides. A similar vase was exhibited in the CA'PESARO exhibit of 1932. The vase's simple forms in clear colors were very popular in the 1920s and early 1930s. The rigaree decoration on the shoulder of this vase derives from 17th-century Venetian work.
