DescriptionThis is a figure of a tall rooster with cox-comb and wattles with stylized tail; it is of stoneware with a cobalt blue glassy glaze. It is raised on a round pedestal-like base which seems to have been thrown separately, although the join does not show. It was probably cast from a mold.
