DescriptionThis is a 'The Milkmaids' Pattern Teabowl (A) and Saucer (B). Each printed printed in black with one scene by Robert Hancock after an engraving by James Ross or Robert Sayer depicting a setting with farm building in the background on the saucer, and the teabowl with a 'Herdsman and Cattle' on the reverse and a swimming swan in the center of the interior, each with a black enamel line around the interior rim.ProvenanceHenry Clay Hofheimer, II
