DescriptionBowl of buff pottery. Deep bowl with slightly rounded sides, tall narrow foot and a recessed base. Interior has eight radiating bands from central black circle. Bands are of blue crosshatch pattern bordered by turquoise. Various scrolling patterns in black separate bands. Black mouth rim. Exterior has design of elongated striated petals in black over white engobe. Overall light mottled turquoise glaze. Il-khanid period.
