DescriptionThis is a oil on canvas painting. It is a three-quarter portrait of a gray-haired bearded man standing. He wears a red velvet cloak over armor, with a medallion on his right shoulder and a staff in his right hand. Standing in front of a wood parapet, his helmet rests behind him on the top of the wall. The family shield is displayed on the parapet.
