DescriptionThe David L. Hack Civil War Photography Collection. This photograph shows eight soldiers congregated in the woods while one other man stands in the back behind them to the right. All the men are in uniform and are holding their swords pointed down. To the left there is a tent and behind one of the gentlemen is a flag leaning up against a tree. To the left there is also a dish held up on four branches and box placed behind this. This is from _Gardner's Photographic Sketchbook of the War_(Hack Collection No. 2].
