DescriptionThe David L. Hack Civil War Photography Collection. This photo shows a grass yard in the foreground and a small barn in the center attached to General Meade's Headquarters.. There is a wooden fence in front and a large pile of firewood to the left side. To the right of the barn stands a small shed. There is an orchard of a few low standing trees that coincide with the low barn giving the photo a horizontal effect.
