DescriptionThis glass vase is in a squat form with bulging sides blown in transparent greenish-amber glass with an almost spider web-like, irregular trailed thread running around the upper quarter, and applied lily pad drops running down the sides. The applications are iridescent gold and on a splotchy purplish-blue ground. The rim was hot-sheared and the bottom has a button pontil which has been ground and polished.
