DescriptionPainting of glass for hanging at a window. Made of four layers of 18"x38" glass. The first layer has a honeycomb textured surface of mottled soft pinks, blues & yellows in clear & opalescent. The next layer is plain clear golden yellow. The third layer is entirely enameled cobalt blue, showing wave & sky effects. The last layer is of red enamel with additional outlines of the sea & clouds. Surrounded by a 3" thick frame of raised irregular glass "jewels" (each 1.25" di.) & rectangular pieces of gilded pale yellow with rose marbleized glass. All set in leading encased by metal edges with a pair of hooks at the top corners for hanging.
