The cup, saucer and bowl have slightly fluted sides, underglaze blue designs, cup and bowl on exterior, saucer on topside. Design on all four pieces is chinoiserie with bridge, pavilion and pagoda with a variously diapered and intricate band at the mouth (on shoulder of pot). All have been later gilded with wide band with circle motifs appearing on cavetto, and just below shoulders of pot. All have gilt rim edge. Interior of cup and bowl plain except for small blue motif, center. Underside of saucer plain. Pot has twisted strap handle, flat lid with gilt fruit handle, straight spout with gilt embellishment capped in silver at tip.
