DescriptionHeavily potted dish decorated in famille verte enamels with design of 5 birds among flowering branches and large pheasant standing on green rock. Flowers are large blue and green magnolia with iron red chrysanthemum-like flowers and buds. Exterior has 4 all different floral sprays around sides; all designs finely outlines in black. Foot about 1 cm high, rounded, some iron discoloration at junction of glaze and body. Body reddish buff where exposed, has many small black dots under glaze. Surface wavy especially on interior.
