DescriptionEwer and lid. Pear-shaped ewer has graceful curved spout, a handle formed of two coils looped together at its apex. Lid has terminals for coil loop handle but pieces broken off. Lid has design of dragonfly and flowers; body has two birds sitting on a flowering branch on one side; opposite side has flowering shrub. Squared spiral borders foot. Bottom and interior glazed. Blue and white ware: porcelain with decoration painted in underglaze cobalt blue
