DescriptionThe David L. Hack Civil War Photography Collection. Photograph of ten soldiers in uniform outside of a tent. Four men are seated in chairs while the other six stand behind them. They have all removed their hats for this photograph and are looking directly at the camera. There are a few trees providing shade and in the background behind the tent, there are four curious on-lookers watching the camera scene. This is Plate 10 from _Gardner's Photographic Sketchbook of the War_ (Hack Collection No. 50).
