DescriptionCovered sauce tureen from a dessert service decorated in the Chinese style so-called "Japan" pattern. Blue-white past decorated with a transfer design of Oriental figures in a garden. The transfer design has been hand colored and embellished. The handles are formed by leaves done in blue and gold and the cover and base are sections like a melon.
