DescriptionThis is a Worcester cos lettuce leaf dish molded as two overlapping leaves, the lower with a curled-over tip revealing a nubby underside shaded in puce. The stem ends cross to form the handle. The center is colorfully painted across the molded midribs and veining with a floral bouquet and scattered sprigs. The handle end is repaired and the enamels have minor wear.ProvenanceHenry Clay Hofheimer, II
