DescriptionThis is an assembled pair of Worcester leaf-molded sauceboats. Each sauceboat is formed as overlapping ruffled leaves issuing from a curled stem handle shaded in puce and yellow, molded with brown knots and further issuing smaller green-edged leaves and iron-red and yellow buds. The sides and interior are painted with colorful floral bouquets with sprigs also on the sides. The rim is edged in brown. One sauceboat has a hair crack under the foot. The other has a slightly squatter shape and an overpainted hair crack on the rim and a restored chip on the spout.
