DescriptionThis is a Worcester 'Chelsea Ewer' Milk Jug. The spirally fluted oval body molded around the base with conforming green acanthus leaves having puce and yellow midribs, and painted above on one side with a colorful floral spray, the reverse with a blue and iron-red butterfly and a caterpillar above scattered sprigs, and the back affixed with an elaborate scroll handle. The rim has chips.
