DescriptionThis is an unfinished plate painted in two shades of underglaze-blue with the primary design for a 'Japan' pattern depicting a jardinière on a fenced terrace, the rim with irregular rockwork at the inner edge and a line within the rolled outer edge. Center has two glaze flaws.
