DescriptionFluted gilt edge with plain white center. Alternate bands of maroon and turquoise enamel radiate from the center. Bands are separated by gilt lines. A swag of leaves and flowers is superimposed in gold over the enamel bands.Exhibition History"Reopening of the Joan P.
