DescriptionThis is a 'Fence' Pattern Milk Jug (A) and Cover (B). The pear-shaped body transfer-printed with the same pattern as L2005.10.63 but as a continuous scene interrupted at the back by the tubular loop handle, the cover printed with a floral spray around the floral sprig knop, and each piece painted around the rim with two blue lines. Hatched crescent mark enclosing a letter L in underglaze-blue.
