DescriptionThis is a 'The Church' Pattern Ovoid Tea Canister (A) and Cover (B). Printed in black on the front with a shepherdess seated beneath trees near a church, and on the reverse with a large classical ruin, the cover with three birds in flight around the floral sprig knop, and each with a black enamel line around the neck or rim.
