DescriptionThis is a Worcester "Mansfield" pattern mustard pot (A) and cover (B). The cylindrical body has a crisply molded scroll handle. It is painted with a stylized trailing peony spray repeated around the floral sprig knop on the cover. The flat shoulder of the pot and the rim of the slightly domed cover have a border of scrolls alternating with pineapple devices interrupted on the cover rim with a spoon notch. There are tiny chips on the petals of the knop.
