DescriptionThis is a Worcester 'Shanked' Teabowl. It is spirally fluted and decorated within the flutes around the lower body with gilt leaves, the upper body with a further gilt border below a cobalt-blue band heightened with a gilt wavy line and dot motif around the gilt-edged rim. There is a crescent mark in underglaze-blue.
