DescriptionThis is a Worcester Hexagonal Creamboat. The exterior crisply molded on either side with a rococo cartouche edged with twigs and bamboo shoots and painted in famille-rose enamels on one side with a pagoda amidst pine trees on an island in a Chinese river landscape, and on the reverse with a floral spray, the lobed rim painted on the interior with four beribboned oriental devices, and the angular handle with a scroll thumbpiece and geranium leaf terminal. The creamboat has some rim chips.
