DescriptionThis is a Worcester Beckoning Chinaman Pattern Coffee Cup. It is painted with a purple-robed Chinese man waving with his raised left hand at an imaginary root and turf device, a flock of birds flying overheard, and the reverse with a flowering branch, and one side affixed with a grooved loop handle. The rim is hair cracked.
