DescriptionThis is a pair of Worcester Coffee Cans. It is painted in the London workshop of James Giles, each with a turquoise-green, blue, puce, iron-red and yellow crested bird perched on a leafy sinuous branch, the reverse with a colorful butterfly amidst foliate sprigs, and the side affixed with a grooved loop handle. One cup of the pair has a chip on the rim and a chip at the tip of the bird's tail.
