DescriptionThis is one of a pair of Worcester scalloped plates painted in the London workshop of James Giles. The center of each plate has a brown-shaded pale yellow neoclassical urn garlanded with colorful floral swags. The basket-molded rim is edged with bright blue S-scrolls pendant with bellflowers and dots.
