DescriptionThis is a Worcester fluted barrel-shaped teapot (A), cover (B), and stand (C). Each piece has a gold- and black-edged turquoise-ground border decorated with a black and white cable device. The cover has a gilt-heightened floral sprig knop. The fluted spout and ear-shaped handle have gilt foliate motifs. The fluted hexagonal stand has a central gilt roundel.
