DescriptionThis is one of a pair of Worcester blue-scale fluted plates, each reserved in the center with a gilt scallop-edged roundel painted in rose, yellow, and green with a sprig of heartsease and encircled by three reserved "mirror"-shaped cartouches painted with colorful floral garlands and alternating with "vase"-shaped cartouches below pairs of triangular panels painted with floral sprigs, all edged with gilt rococo scrollwork. The scalloped rim is edged with a gilt band. There are crescent marks in underglaze blue.
